We focus on hardy, local varieties like Bougainvillea and resilient palms that can actually handle the harsh Delhi weather, paired with efficient irrigation setups so your plants stay hydrated even when your schedule is packed. Designing a terrace garden is about much more than lining up pots. It is about understanding light patterns, wind direction, and the structural limits of your balcony or rooftop. When we start a project, we prioritize the unglamorous essentials first: drainage and waterproofing. A beautiful garden that causes seepage issues in the room below is not a success, so we ensure the foundation is sound before adding a single plant. We often use a mix of vertical green walls to save floor space and large, sturdy planters to create privacy screens. If you are short on square footage, our vertical panels offer a dense, green look without cluttering your walking path. We are also upfront about plant health. If a specific plant is high-maintenance, prone to pests, or potentially toxic for your pets, we will tell you that during the design phase. Maintenance is the second half of the equation. We handle the dirty work, including tilling, soil aeration, and organic nutrition. Whether you have a small apartment balcony or a sprawling farmhouse terrace, we aim to make it a functional space where you can sit and breathe. We focus on making the green stay green, using a bit of resourcefulness to solve common city gardening problems. ## About Akar Eco Greens At Akar Eco Greens, we believe nature and architecture belong together.
