Every coach here has competed at high levels—from the 3x3 World Cup to national camps—so when they correct your form or shout 'kya kar raha hai?' (what are you doing?) during a drill, they are teaching you how to fix mistakes in real-time under game-day pressure. Our coaches are the reason this academy feels like a family, not just a training facility. When we started, we looked for a place where players could learn the actual grind of the game, not just basic layup lines. We couldn't find it, so we built it. We don't believe in passive coaching. Whether it's Coach Tavleen breaking down movement fundamentals for our younger athletes, or Assistant Technical Director Manoj Singh explaining the nuances of 'No Cleared Ball' violations in 3x3, the focus is always on actionable, technical intelligence. We treat every session as an opportunity to simulate the stress and intensity of a real tournament. We also believe in bringing in outside perspectives. When NCAA D1 player Katie Batlin visited, she didn't just teach shooting mechanics; she taught our students that elite basketball requires character, academic discipline, and extreme focus. That is the philosophy our staff lives by. Our coaching is tough but grounded. You will hear a mix of English, Hindi, and Kannada on the court because that is who we are. We keep it real. If a drill isn't working, we change the approach. If you are ready to get better, we are ready to push you to the next level. Come by for a session and you will see exactly how we operate. ## About Akanksha Singh Basketball Akanksha and I started this with one outdoor court and a big dream to make pro-level training accessible to everyone. We don't hire 'instructors'—we bring in players who have earned their stripes on the national and international stage so they can help you earn yours.
