It represents years of study on how building orientation, structural zoning, and environmental factors impact daily well-being. Whether I am applying scientific Vastu principles to a home in Davangere or managing complex site supervision in Bangalore, this background allows me to look past surface aesthetics to ensure your building is functional, healthy, and built to last. ### Grounding Design in Science My academic journey at BMSCA shaped how I view every site. Under the guidance of mentors like Jaisim, I learned to treat architecture as a discipline that balances structural integrity with human behavior. When we discuss your project, this foundation allows me to justify every decision—from why the kitchen should catch the morning sun to how we can maximize natural cross-ventilation in a dense urban plot. ### Building with Trust Architecture is fundamentally about the people who inhabit the space. I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, including noted figures like Sudharani ma'am. These projects taught me that a home is more than a structure—it is a space for living, memories, and comfort. My feature in *Surfaces Reporter* was an honor, but for me, the real reward remains the final site handover when a client feels at home in a space we built together. Whether you are planning a new residence or renovating an office, you can expect a process that is transparent, scientifically backed, and centered on your specific requirements. ## About Anusha Kanchapler I am Anusha, and I believe architecture is a science meant to improve how we live.
