My goal is to move you from vague requirements to a clear, science-backed floor plan, ensuring every square foot serves a purpose for your lifestyle. ### Architecture as a Science Many people view architecture as purely aesthetic, but it is a complex study of zoning, planning, and functionality. Whether you are building a residence, a commercial office, or an institutional facility, the foundation must be based on how the space performs for the user. I approach every project with the rigor of my Master's in Habitat Design, ensuring the structure responds to the local climate of Bengaluru or Davanagere, rather than just copying trends. ### Practical Vastu Integration I view Vastu not as a set of superstitions, but as a framework for nature-responsive design. By aligning your home with natural patterns, we improve quality of life: * **Southeast Kitchens:** This placement captures essential morning light, which is scientifically beneficial for cooking and hygiene. * **Northeast Entrances:** Proper door placement here allows for natural cross-ventilation, keeping the interiors airy. * **Northwest Living Areas:** Utilizing northern light for living spaces creates a naturally lit environment without the harsh heat of direct western sun. ### My Process My work typically follows a structured path to prevent cost overruns and design errors: 1. **Initial Consultation:** We discuss your needs, either online or in person, to understand your requirements. 2. **Design & Visualization:** I prepare 2D floor plans and 3D walkthroughs so you can see the flow before any concrete is poured. 3. **Material Selection:** I assist in choosing materials that fit your budget while maintaining the design intent. 4. **Site Supervision:** If you choose a turnkey package, I manage the build to ensure the final structure matches the design documentation. Whether you need a Vastu-compliant 2D plan for municipal approvals or an end-to-end design and build service, my focus remains on creating spaces that make sense. ## About Anusha Kanchapler I’m Anusha, and I don't just build structures; I study how buildings function for the people inside them.
