They are about the messy, fun process of working together. Whether we are masking out company logos for a giant doodle or breaking down a large image into smaller, collaborative canvases, the goal is for your team to stop looking at screens and start laughing, talking, and finding common ground through paint. ### Why Art Works for Teams Work pressure is constant. Deadlines, back-to-back calls, and screen fatigue can drain even the most motivated team. My sessions offer a simple counter: a few hours of tactile, creative freedom. When you step into a room full of canvas and color, the hierarchy fades. It is just you and your colleagues, making mistakes, teasing each other, and creating something that belongs to the group. ### Popular Workshop Formats I offer a few distinct formats that have been hits with corporate teams like Google, American Express, and Protiviti: * **The Big Picture:** Your team paints individual canvases that fit together like a puzzle to reveal one cohesive image. It is a visual representation of how individual efforts contribute to the company goal. * **Collaborative Doodling:** We mask out your team name or logo on a large canvas. Everyone fills the space with sketches, inside jokes, and team memories. When we peel off the tape, the result is a unique piece of art that tells your team's specific story. * **Sip & Paint:** A more relaxed, social format perfect for team offsites or festive celebrations. It is less about a specific outcome and more about conversation and decompression. ### What I Handle I believe in making things simple for the organizer. I bring everything—individual canvas boards, easels, high-quality brushes, paints, aprons, and drop cloths. I just need you to provide the tables and chairs. Whether we are in a conference room in Gurgaon or a banquet hall in Delhi, I manage the setup and guidance, ensuring everyone feels comfortable, even if they have never held a brush before. No judgment. Just colors and fun. ## About Tanvi Bansal Painting is my form of meditation, a quiet space I love to share with others. When I work with corporate teams, I aim to create that same stillness amidst the busy office schedules. My joy comes from watching colleagues break their usual routines, pick up a brush, and connect over a shared creative moment.
