I specialize in the logistics behind the aesthetic, particularly handling restricted venue hours at locations like NSCI Mumbai, where my team manages overnight setup shifts to ensure your branded entrance, registration desks, and VIP lounge furniture are ready before the doors open. When I take on a corporate project or an exhibition booth, I look at the floor plan and the brand requirements first. The visuals are the outcome, but the process is about structural integrity and practical flow. I handle the entire production chain, from custom-fabricated entrance arches that use premium Duco paint finishes to the integration of 3D acrylic laser-cut logos that catch the eye. My team is geared for the demands of large-scale corporate functions. Whether you need a 300 sq ft LED wall backdrop or a complex trussing rig for intelligent lighting, I manage the equipment and the technical crew. This includes working with professional sound systems and haze machines to build an atmosphere that works for galas or trade shows. I understand that corporate events often require collaboration. I speak the language of agencies and event planners, and I know exactly how to integrate branding into every element, from registration counters to table centerpieces. If you need a lounge that feels premium, I source specific suede or Chesterfield sofas that elevate the networking experience. For large-scale events, I manage the heavy lifting—from the stage platforms to the signage—so you do not have to coordinate multiple vendors. I focus on creating a functional environment where your attendees feel the quality of your brand, supported by a team that understands how to work within strict venue guidelines. ## About Ajay Decorators I am Ajay Singh.
