Your child begins with Kihon, which focuses on the fundamental basics of stance, punch, and block. This builds their coordination, but more importantly, it teaches them to hold their focus and respect the dojo environment before they ever step into a sparring match. Our curriculum follows the international standards set by the Asai Shotokan Association International. This ensures that every movement your child learns, from their first white belt to the higher grades, is technically sound and globally recognized. We structure our training to keep children engaged while instilling discipline. Classes involve high-intensity warm-ups, gymnastics for flexibility, and meditation for mental clarity. It is not just about the kicks. It is about learning to control the body and the mind. We also emphasize community through our Warrior League. Students are drafted into houses like the Legendary Lions or Chatur Cheetahs to train and compete. This internal competition fosters camaraderie rather than rivalry. Beyond the dojo, we host outdoor training sessions at beaches across Mumbai to build resilience in different environments. If your goal is to help your child earn legitimate, internationally valid belt certifications, our program provides that path. We track attendance and progress rigorously, ensuring every student is prepared when they step up for their grading exams.
