This setting keeps the training raw and authentic. You will practice Kihon and Kumite on specialized EVA foam mats designed for safety, surrounded by a community that treats every belt level with equal respect. Shotokan karate is a lifelong commitment to self-improvement. Our syllabus covers essential Kihon (basics), Kata (forms), and competitive Kumite (sparring).
