When I work with top-ranked juniors, we do not spend time fixing basic footwork—that should already be muscle memory. We focus on match-specific tactical adaptability, hand acceleration for high-velocity ball striking, and the mental toughness required to close out 3-set matches when you are physically exhausted. If your current training feels stagnant, it is because you are not being pushed to the point of failure. ### Elite Intensity for Competitive Players Success at the AITA and ITF junior levels demands more than just hitting cross-court rallies. Our Elite High-Performance Program in Vidya Nagar is built for players who are already competing or are ready to enter the national circuit. We maintain a strict 1:4 coach-to-player ratio, ensuring that every session is monitored and every technical flaw is corrected immediately. ### Why This Program Works - **Technical Mastery:** We deconstruct your serve biomechanics and groundstroke mechanics. We move beyond consistency to focus on power generation and court positioning. - **Sports Science Integration:** You cannot win if you are injured. Our on-site physiotherapists manage recovery, prevent injuries, and provide the deep tissue work necessary for athletes who train with double sessions. - **Terrain-Specific Training:** We use sand courts for stability and hill sprints for explosive power. This is not for everyone, but if you want to be the player who is still running down balls in the final set, this is the work you have to put in. ### Career-Focused Development Training is only half the battle. We assist with personalized calendar planning for tournaments, ensuring your training peaks when you need to perform. We do not just teach you how to hit the ball; we teach you how to read opponents, construct points, and manage the pressure of high-stakes matches. ## About Aimers Tennis Academy I am Neel Garud. Do not expect a coach who smiles while you make the same mistake twice. I am here to call out the slack, fix your mechanics, and build you into a competitor who wins.
