Our students do not just learn asanas here; they rewire their daily routines, whether through our 4-month teacher training or a 9-day sadhana, to find a sense of stillness that lasts long after they leave the mat. At Aikia Yogashala, we do not call them clients; we call them Sadhakas. The stories you see here reflect the reality of our 300-hour Teacher Training Course and our intensive meditation sessions. Unlike typical fitness studios in Bangalore, we do not rely on trends. Whether it is a student discovering spiritual companionship on our yatra to Puri or a busy professional finding balance through Vrikshasan and Bhujangasan, the theme remains the same: consistency. You will find students here who were initially hesitant about the rigor, but who stayed because they wanted depth. We push for discipline.
