It is a simple check, but it makes the difference between a sofa that stays firm for years and one that starts sagging in months. We perform this step for every custom seat we build, ensuring that what arrives at your home is as comfortable as it is durable. Transparency is the core of how we work. In an industry where so much happens behind closed doors, we prefer to show you the reality. Whether we are applying PU polish to a dining set or running quality checks on the wood, we want you to know exactly what you are paying for. ### Why We Show Our Work - **No Hidden Shortcuts:** We use solid Teak and Marandi wood for our frames. When you see our videos, you see the structure that holds your sofa together, not just the finished fabric. - **Quality That Lasts:** We use 32-density foam because it keeps its shape. If you visit our workshop in Sector 63 or Greater Noida, you can feel the quality of the raw materials yourself. - **Built to Your Specs:** Every project we take on is different. If you have a photo of a design you like, we don't just copy it—we understand the dimensions and comfort levels to make it fit your specific space. ### The Process When you order from us, we start with the frame construction, move to foam testing, and finish with the paint or polish work. We handle local delivery within Noida and Greater Noida ourselves, ensuring the piece is packed securely so it arrives without a scratch. For us, the work isn't finished until it is perfectly placed in your room. If you are planning a renovation or need specific custom pieces, bring your ideas to us, and we will handle the rest. ## About Ahuja Furniture I'm Ahuja Furniture, and I have been running this workshop in Noida for over 30 years. My team and I believe you should know exactly what goes into your home, which is why we keep our process open. When you order from us, you aren't getting a box off a shelf—you are getting something we built from scratch.
