Whether your team is full of pros or has two left feet, these sessions are designed purely for laughter, connection, and blowing off some steam. ### How We Make It Work Corporate wellness doesn't have to mean boring seminars or trust falls. When I come to your office, I bring the vibe, the music, and a routine that makes everyone feel like a rockstar. My sessions are specifically designed for office environments—we don't need a dance studio floor. As long as you have a clear space and a decent speaker system (Aux or Bluetooth), we are good to go. ### What To Expect * **Stress-Buster Routines:** These are not technical dance classes. My routines are simple, high-energy, and inclusive, focusing on moving, sweating, and laughing. * **Duration:** We can do quick 60-minute energizers or 90-minute full-blown parties. It depends on your team's schedule and how much time you have to spare. * **Total Inclusion:** I’ve worked with teams at places like Amazon and Bosch. I know how to get the shyest person in the room to at least tap their feet. The goal is to break the ice and get everyone smiling. ### Logistics & Planning I travel across Bangalore city limits. I bring the playlist and the enthusiasm; you just need to provide the space and the sound system.
