Whether you are using them for a quick foot soak after a long day in Bengaluru traffic or a full bath to decompress, the mineral-rich salts and dried botanicals work immediately to soften skin and reduce inflammation. Just a few spoonfuls in warm water is enough to start the relaxation process. I started making these because I wanted a way to de-stress at home that did not involve synthetic perfumes or harsh dyes. Every batch of my bath and foot soaks uses a base of Epsom and Himalayan pink salts, which are known for their ability to soothe muscle tension and draw out impurities. I add real dried petals like rose and lavender, not because they look pretty, but because they release a subtle, calming aroma that is never overpowering. The range includes scents like Rose, Lavender, and Choco Latte. Rose is my personal favorite for skin hydration, while Lavender helps quiet the mind before sleep. If you have been struggling with dry heels or rough patches, the salt-to-oil ratio I use is perfect for exfoliation without stripping away natural moisture. Because I hand-mix these in smaller volumes, you do not have to worry about clumping or staleness. If you are unsure which scent to pick, I always recommend the Rose variant for your first trial as it is the most popular for general hydration. ## About Ahan Naturals I make these soaks because I know how much the daily grind takes out of us.
