When you join our training sessions, you are not just watching from the sidelines—you are getting your hands in the cocopeat, managing greenhouse nutrients, and learning exactly how plants behave in Bengaluru's climate. We do not just teach the technology; we show you the reality of running a farm, from choosing the right seeds to harvesting your first crop. ### Our Approach to Training At AgroTIE, we believe that agriculture is a skill best learned by doing. For the last seven years, we have brought Dutch greenhouse methods to our Bengaluru centre, teaching thousands of students, farmers, and enthusiasts how to move away from conventional soil-based limitations. ### What You Will Learn - **Hydroponics & Soilless Cultivation:** Learn why we use cocopeat, how to maintain nutrient solutions, and why these methods help eliminate soil-borne diseases. - **Protected Cultivation:** Master the art of greenhouse management. We teach you how to control variables like humidity and light to ensure your crops thrive year-round. - **Sustainable Practices:** From permaculture to organic soil management using farmyard manure and neem cake, we focus on methods that respect the planet. - **Microgreens & Home Gardening:** Discover how to grow nutrient-dense greens in small spaces, perfect for urban apartments. ### Why Train With Us? Our programs are designed for everyone. Whether you are a student exploring a career in agtech, a home gardener wanting fresher veggies, or a farmer looking to modernize, our courses provide a clear path forward. You will gain a certification from our Centre of Excellence, recognized and supported by the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture. We keep our batches small to ensure everyone gets time with our expert trainers. You are not just attending a lecture; you are spending the day at a working farm, seeing the entire lifecycle from seed to harvest. Join us to build your skills and become part of a community that is redefining agriculture in India. ## About AgroTIE We are the AgroTIE team, and we have spent seven years bridging the gap between Dutch farming innovation and our local Indian soil.
