I never reuse the oil used for frying your Chakli or Ambode. Each batch is made fresh only after you place your order, ensuring you get that golden crunch without the heaviness of old, reheated oil. Whether you are planning a Gruhapravesha or simply looking for tea-time treats, the taste of home-cooked *utsava thindigalu* (festival snacks) is hard to beat. I follow traditional recipes passed down through generations, keeping the preparation Satvik—no onion or garlic—and strictly using pure ghee or fresh, non-reused oil. ### Why Freshness Matters When you order snacks like *Kodubale* or *Nippattu*, you want them crispy, not oily. Because I do not mass-produce, every batch is prepared specifically for your order. This means the *Ambode* arrives with that fresh, aromatic crunch, and the *Chakli* maintains its texture longer. ### Our Signature Savory Selection * **Ambode (Kadlebele Vade):** Perfectly spiced lentil fritters, the highlight of any festive spread. * **Kodubale & Nippattu:** The classic rings and discs, crisp and seasoned just right with fresh curry leaves and chilies. * **Ompudi & Kuttavalakki:** Light, crunchy staples that are perfect for larger gatherings. All these are prepared with the same care I use for my own family. If you are ordering for a specific date—like a religious function or a weekend get-together—do reach out a bit early. Since everything is made to order, giving me a day or two helps me ensure the quality stays consistent for your guests. ## About Agraane Kitchen I started Agraane Kitchen to share the food I grew up with—the kind that tastes like ajji's hands.
