Whether it is a comment on the spice level of the Badanekai Yengai or the freshness of a festival meal, your feedback helps me tweak recipes to ensure the 'Amma kai ruchi' you taste is exactly how you remember it from back home. ### Why Your Feedback Matters At Agraane Kitchen, we don't believe in mass production. Because every meal is cooked fresh in my own kitchen, I have a direct line to every plate I send out. Your reviews help me understand exactly what makes a meal 'homely' for you. ### What Our Customers Often Mention - **Consistency:** Many of you appreciate that the taste remains the same, whether it is a daily tiffin or a festive order for Sankranti. - **Health and Hygiene:** The most common feedback I get is about the quality of ingredients, specifically that the food feels light and healthy, not heavy or overly oily. - **The 'Amma Kai Ruchi' Factor:** This is the highest compliment I receive. Hearing that a meal brought back memories of an elderly family member's cooking is exactly why I started this kitchen. ### How We Use Your Reviews I read every message you send. If a group of you mentions wanting more options for specific festival sweets, I add those to the pre-order list for the next month. If you mention packaging concerns, I change the containers. This page is not just a gallery of happy words; it is my roadmap for keeping Agraane Kitchen authentic, honest, and truly traditional. ## About Agraane Kitchen I started Agraane Kitchen from my own home to bring back the traditional Brahmin-style flavors I grew up with.
