Everyone gets the same access to strength and conditioning, video analysis of match footage, and personalized nutrition planning. Whether you are aiming for your first district medal or the ITTF World Masters podium, the process is identical: rigorous tactical drills, robot-assisted practice, and a constant focus on endurance. ### Training for Veterans (40+) Our evening coaching slots are designed for working professionals who want to maintain competitive edge. We move beyond basic mechanics to focus on energy-efficient play, advanced doubles strategy, and spin variation. We understand the unique needs of this age group, so we emphasize joint health and mobility exercises to prevent injury while maintaining the intensity required for state and national circuits. ### Para-Athlete Development At Agnels, our para-athletes are fully integrated into our high-performance ecosystem. We provide the technical support and training environment necessary to excel at national ranking championships and international events. Our focus is on tactical placement and third-ball attack strategies that allow players to maximize their strengths on the table. ### Facility and Expertise Training takes place at our academy at the Father Agnel Sports Center, Vashi. You have access to professional ITTF-approved synthetic flooring and tournament-standard Stag/GKI tables. We believe in a holistic approach, meaning your training includes dedicated fitness sessions for agility and explosive power. If you are serious about representing your state or country, we provide the sparring partners, the coaching oversight, and the tournament pathway you need to succeed. ## About Agnels Table Tennis Academy At Agnels, we believe the fire to compete does not fade with age or physical circumstance. We have built a training environment where 40+ professionals and para-athletes push their limits alongside our elite youth players. If you have the passion to pick up a racket, we have the plan to take you to the podium.
