We host exhibitions such as Sudharak Olwe’s 'Endangered Species', which featured stark, impactful black and white photography documenting maternal and child health in India. These are not static displays; we pair them with documentary film screenings and expert talks to provide essential context on the social issues explored. ### Our Approach to Visual Arts At the Alliance Française Gurgaon, our gallery is a hub for visual storytelling. We curate exhibitions that do more than decorate a room; they document reality, challenge perspectives, and foster empathy. When you visit our centre, expect more than just framed prints. We collaborate with established curators and acclaimed artists to bring you work that matters. ### A Multi-Dimensional Experience We frequently blend photography with other mediums to deepen your engagement. You might catch a documentary film screening or a discussion panel tied directly to the exhibition theme. This multi-dimensional approach helps us hash out complex topics—from public health to social inequality—with academics, artists, and community members. It is an invitation to look closer and think critically. ### Visiting the Gallery Our exhibition space is open to the public. Whether you are a photography student, an art enthusiast, or simply curious about a new perspective, our centre is designed for reflection and conversation. We encourage you to visit during our operating hours to see what is currently on our walls. Check our event calendar for upcoming artist walkthroughs or curated talks that coincide with the displays. ## About Alliance Française We are the official Alliance Française Gurgaon centre, serving as a hub for cultural exchange between India and France. We are more than a language school; we are an Indo-French space where you can explore art exhibitions, attend film screenings, or participate in intellectual debates.
