We use a mix of English and functional Kannada to ensure instructions like *nidhāna māḍi* (do it slowly) are understood instantly, keeping practice safe while we push for progress. You will see us correcting form live and demonstrating drills, not just watching from the sidelines. ### Our Approach to Coaching Gymnastics is not just about the final performance on stage. It is about the hundreds of hours spent on the mats, the repetitions of basic drills, and the discipline to listen to instructions. My program at Aerial Zone is built on a foundation of professional experience, including my role with the Karnataka Gymnastics Association. ### Why Leadership Matters Expert coaching requires more than just knowing the moves. It requires being able to spot a flaw in posture before it becomes a habit, and knowing how to push a child without overwhelming them. We maintain a high-ceiling industrial space with dedicated zones for different skill levels. Competitive students follow a high-intensity regimen, while our recreational batches keep things light and fun. This structured environment helps kids transition from shy beginners to confident performers.
