Whether you need sweeping establishing shots of your conference venue or detailed coverage of stage keynotes and crowd energy, we deliver a unified cinematic perspective that ground-level filming alone cannot achieve. ### Precision Aerials for Large Venues Corporate summits and institutional events often take place in expansive spaces, such as the JW Marriott Prestige Golfshire or large campus grounds. Our workflow begins by capturing the scale and architectural context of the venue from the air using the DJI Mavic 3. This establishes the setting for your audience and stakeholders, providing a production value that ground-level photography often misses. ### The Hybrid Advantage: Aerial + Ground We understand that a corporate summit is more than just a wide shot. Our dual-operator approach pairs aerial footage with Sony A7SIII or FX3 cinema cameras. This allows us to transition seamlessly from a high-altitude overview of the property to intimate, low-light indoor footage of keynote speakers, panel discussions, and audience reactions. By handling both aerial and ground cinematography, we ensure color consistency and narrative flow across the entire edited aftermovie. ### Safety and Compliance Operating in Bengaluru requires strict adherence to regulations. As a DGCA-certified pilot, we handle the flight planning and safety protocols for every corporate project. We operate from a designated safe distance to ensure crowd safety without compromising the shot. Our setup includes on-site backup drones and professional stabilization gear, ensuring that technical issues do not interrupt your event schedule. Whether you are hosting a university fest or a multi-day corporate summit, we arrive prepared for the specific constraints of your location and lighting conditions. ## About Aerial Capturez We are a DGCA-certified drone production team based in Bengaluru, specializing in large-scale corporate and institutional cinematography.
