When stage lighting is intense and crowds are dense, we use established drone flight paths that keep the action in frame without disrupting the performance. We coordinate with your event team beforehand to identify the best launch zones, ensuring we capture clean 5.1K footage even when the lighting environment gets complex. Aerial footage provides event organizers with a perspective that standard ground cameras simply cannot replicate. It delivers the proof of scale required for sponsor reports and creates the high-impact visuals needed for promotional aftermovies. ### Our Operational Approach We treat every festival as a logistics project. We arrive early to scout the venue layout and map out flight corridors around stage trusses, lighting rigs, and pyrotechnics. This planning allows us to remain safe while capturing the most dynamic angles. ### Technical Capabilities We fly the DJI Mavic 3, which records in 5.1K resolution. This gives you extra room to crop into specific stage performances during post-production without losing image quality. For events requiring a complete narrative, we blend these aerial clips with our ground-based Sony FX3 cinema footage. This dual-source approach ensures your final video has both the sweeping establishing shots and the intimate, crowd-level energy. ### Safety & Compliance All our operations in Bengaluru strictly follow DGCA guidelines. We manage the necessary clearances for your venue to ensure your event proceeds without regulatory interruption. Whether it is an open-ground concert or a corporate music summit, we operate at a designated distance from the audience to maintain safety protocols while still getting the high-angle shots that make your festival look professional. ## About Aerial Capturez We are Aerial Capturez, a team of DGCA-certified drone pilots based in Bengaluru.
