It sounds counterintuitive, but learning the 'fall and get up' technique is the first thing we cover because it builds the confidence you need to actually enjoy the sport. Without that safety foundation, the fear of hitting the concrete usually keeps beginners from ever getting comfortable on their wheels. ### Skating with the Fam When we say we’re a skate family, we mean it. Whether you are finding your balance in our HRBR Layout beginner classes or hitting the pavement for a Sunday session at Cubbon Park, the focus is always on support. You will see us cheering each other on, picking each other up, and just vibing with the wheels. ### What We Do * **For Beginners:** Our 'First Step on Wheels' workshops are designed to strip away the stress. We keep it light, focusing on posture, basic gliding, and essential safety drills so you can start having fun immediately. * **For the Pros:** Once you have the basics, we dive into freestyle and slalom. This is where you learn the footwork, the jumps, and the soul slides that make skating look like an art form. * **Community Vibes:** Beyond the classes, we are all about that collective energy. From Roller Disco nights to Skatethons and festival celebrations, we take our skating everywhere. ### The Logistics We train across various hubs in Bangalore, including Kalyan Nagar, Banaswadi, and Panathur. Classes run in group settings, which helps because seeing others learn at the same pace makes the process way less intimidating. We are strict about safety gear—helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads are non-negotiable. If you need help picking out your first pair of skates, we provide on-spot consultation to make sure you get the right gear for your skill level. ## About Adrenaline Falcons We're Adrenaline Falcons, a bunch of folks who just really love wheels. We started at Cubbon Park with nothing but a few skates and a lot of energy, and now we're a whole tribe across Bangalore. We don't overthink it, we just show up and roll.
