We do not stick to outdated theory. When you train with us, you are learning methods we are using right now to compete and win at ITF and AITA ranking tournaments. You get instruction that is battle-tested, not just read from a textbook. ### We Practice What We Preach We believe that to teach high-performance tennis, you have to live it. While many academies rely on a static curriculum, we are out there competing. Whether we are representing India at the World Team Championships in Turkey or battling it out at the Pro Tennis League, we are constantly refining our own game. When we coach, we pass on those exact, updated insights to you. ### Training That Wins Matches Our training programs at venues like Modern School (Mandi House) and SGTB Khalsa College go beyond simple basket feeding. We focus on the tactical nuances that actually win points: aggressive baseline play, high-intensity match-play simulations, and the mental grit required to close out sets. If you are preparing for ITF Masters 35+ events or local Delhi ranking tournaments, you need a coach who understands the current competitive landscape. We help you build a game that stands up under the pressure of a real match, not just a friendly weekend rally. ### Frequently Asked Questions * **Why train with active players?** Because we know what it takes to perform under pressure. We understand the physical and mental demands of a real tournament environment. * **What about technique?** We prioritize functional, modern tennis mechanics that minimize injury and maximize power. We correct your grip, footwork, and follow-through based on what works in real-time competition. * **Is this for beginners?** Yes. Our competitive background helps us break down complex strokes into simple, learnable building blocks, making the game accessible even if you have never held a racquet before. ## About Ad In Tennis We are Pulkit and Rahul.
