We prioritize the flow between your decor and the practical elements like sound systems and guest seating, ensuring that while the space looks picture-perfect, the logistics like dhol beats, guest comfort, and stage safety are flawlessly executed. A successful Haldi or Mehndi function requires more than just aesthetics; it needs a strategy that balances visual impact with operational flow. We specialize in transforming open lawns, ballrooms, and hotel venues like the Radisson Blu in Greater Noida into immersive environments tailored to your specific theme. Whether you are looking for a boho-chic Mehndi setup featuring pampas grass, dreamcatchers, and wicker seating, or a traditional Haldi ceremony filled with marigolds and brass urlis, we handle the entire fabrication process. Our design approach focuses on creating distinct 'zones'—a dedicated stage for the couple, comfortable lounge pockets for guests, and clear entryways that welcome them into the celebration. We also manage the technical production essential for these events. This includes PA systems for live dhol or DJ setups, ambient par-can lighting for the transition from day to evening, and custom flooring like chevron patterns or staging that creates a professional foundation for your photos. Because we handle event management, our team coordinates the hospitality and catering logistics, so you do not have to worry about the movement of guests or the timing of ritual elements. ## About ADDY Events We are ADDY Events.
