But every project here started with a complex problem, whether it was reviving an old building or figuring out how to cool a space without relying solely on air conditioning. We believe design is about function first. We sweat the details on site so you walk into a finished space that actually works for your life. Architecture is more than just building walls. It is a dialogue between context, craft, and conscious choices. In our work, we prioritize biophilic design, which means nature is the operating system of the space, not just a decorative afterthought. We specialize in full Design+Construction, meaning we are with you from the first messy sketch to the final handover. Whether we are installing terracotta jalis for passive cooling in an office or designing a retractable roof for a restobar, our goal is to create environments that feel alive. We love adaptive reuse projects where we can give a tired building a new identity. Our studio, Akshara Vinyasaa, is a prime example of our process: using local materials like Kota stone and exposed brick to create an environment that feels grounded. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. Every project in this portfolio reflects a specific challenge we solved, from sculptural staircases that define a bar to sliding display systems that turn a retail shop into an immersive gallery. If you are looking for design that feels honest, personal, and deeply connected to its surroundings, let's talk. ## About AD Studio 9 We are Apoorva and Sandesh.
