## About Ayurvedic Wellness Consultation

### What Balance Means to Us

I see wellness as tuning in to your body and syncing up with nature. It’s not about following strict rules, but finding your own glow. Sometimes, it’s just about feeling calm inside even when life’s messy outside.

### How We Read Your Body

The main thing I use is Nadi Pariksha (pulse diagnosis Ayurveda). It’s a gentle, old-school way to check what’s really going on inside you. I listen to your pulse to spot imbalances in your doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), check how your organs are doing, and figure out the root cause of your issues. Just come with an empty stomach for a couple of hours before - makes the reading clearer.

### Your Custom Wellness Plan

Once I get your body’s story, we build a personalized Ayurvedic lifestyle plan together. Small changes, big impact. I’ll guide you on daily rhythms (dinacharya) like eating your main meal at noon when your agni (digestive fire) is strongest, or doing a digital detox before bed. We also tweak things for the seasons - like eating warm foods in winter, cooling stuff in summer, and supporting digestion during monsoon.

### Who This Helps

This is for anyone wanting holistic support for metabolic health, chronic pain, gut issues, stress, sleep troubles, skin problems, or even PCOS and ADHD in kids. Ayurveda is about self-love, not restrictions. I help you find your natural rhythm, step by step.
