You’ll hear us saying "Backlift close rakhiye" not just to fix a stance, but to build discipline and respect for the game. Our head coaches, including Subbu and Ashok Sir, are on the ground every day—not just correcting grips, but actively mentoring our players to handle match pressure with the same intensity they bring to training. Whether it is a monsoon indoor session or a high-stakes tournament, our team ensures every student feels supported. ### More Than Just Coaches At Achievers Cricket Academy, we believe the right mentor can change a player’s trajectory. Our coaching staff are former players and seasoned professionals who understand the Mumbai circuit intimately—from the DSO and MSSA tournaments to the Harris Shield. **Mentorship over Management** We don't just instruct; we build character. On days like Guru Poornima, we take a step back from the nets to honor our coaches. It’s a tradition that grounds us. You won't find a disconnected staff here; our coaches are part of the family, celebrating birthdays, Teachers' Day, and every milestone our students achieve. 🏏 **Community and Support** Our ecosystem thrives on collaboration. We are proud to have the support of mentors like IPL player Shashank Singh, who regularly visits to speak with our students, offering real-world perspective on what it takes to perform at the professional level. It’s this access to experience and honest feedback that helps our students transition from shy beginners to confident, match-ready athletes. **Building the Future Together** We also rely on a strong community of parents and sponsors like Sasa Eyewear and Zoom Cricket, who help ensure our academy is stocked with quality equipment. Whether it's our Chicago Youth Cricket Academy partnership or our local Chembur setup, our goal remains consistent: to provide a nurturing environment where discipline meets passion. We are here for the long run, and we want our players to be here for it, too. 💪🔥 ## About Achievers Cricket Academy We’re the family behind your child’s cricket journey in Mumbai.
