We use simple, gamified exercises like cone-based Tic-Tac-Toe to teach agility and focus, keeping your child engaged from the very first session. Our goal is not just about cricket technique; it is about building coordination and confidence in a safe, play-based environment where they actually look forward to their next class. The early years are crucial for developing a physical foundation. In our Lil Champs program, we do not start with heavy gear or complex rules. Instead, we focus on movement literacy. ### How We Train Our Lil Champs * **Safe Equipment:** We use soft-balls and wind-balls to ensure safety while children learn to catch, throw, and strike. * **Gamified Drills:** Whether it is balancing on ladders or racing through agility cones, every drill is designed as a game. Your child learns footwork and hand-eye coordination without feeling the pressure of 'training'. * **Confidence Building:** Cricket can be intimidating. We foster an environment where high-fives are frequent and every small victory is celebrated. This builds the social confidence kids need to grow. ### Why Start Early? By introducing children aged 4 to 7 to the basics, we help them develop natural motor skills that become muscle memory later on. Our coaches know how to handle the high energy levels of this age group, keeping them focused while letting them be kids. Whether you are based in Chembur or Ghatkopar, our sessions are held on safe, cushioned turf environments, so you never have to worry about scrapes or hard grounds. We are here to help them build a relationship with sport that lasts a lifetime. ## About Achievers Cricket Academy We are Achievers Cricket Academy, a bunch of cricket-obsessed coaches based in Mumbai.
