Our girls' squad trains on professional-grade grounds like the Jio Institute in Ulwe, focusing on real match scenarios rather than just net practice. Whether you are refining your stance for the first time or preparing for MCA club selections, you will be training in a competitive environment where 'Backlift close rakhiye' is the golden rule. At Achievers Cricket Academy, we turn raw talent into true character. Our dedicated girls' program is built on the belief that cricket is life, and the pitch is where you prove it. ### Why Our Girls' Program Works We push beyond the basics. While we start with fundamentals—grip, stance, and that crucial backlift—we quickly move into high-performance training. Our girls don't just learn to bat and bowl; they learn to think like cricketers. We integrate video analysis to correct techniques and run specialized fielding drills to ensure every player is match-ready. ### The Path to Competitive Cricket We believe in creating pathways, not just coaching sessions. Our players have regular exposure to: * **Competitive Tournaments:** Participation in leagues like the AT Cup, where our teams have secured runner-up spots. * **Selection Trials:** We actively host and prepare players for MCA (Mumbai Cricket Association) club selection trials and school-level squads, like the Achievers Modern English School team. * **Match Simulation:** Real game pressure helps our players move from 'shy to smashing boundaries.' ### Training Environment We know that training needs to be consistent. We operate year-round, moving to all-weather indoor turf facilities during the monsoon to ensure the momentum never stops. From our Chembur home base to our partnership with the Chicago Youth Cricket Academy, we provide a global perspective on a local level. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the game or an aspiring pro aiming for the state team, you will find a spot in our family. ## About Achievers Cricket Academy We are the Achievers Cricket Academy, and for us, cricket is life. We are mentors, not just coaches, dedicated to building a family of confident, grit-driven players from Chembur and beyond. Every net session counts, and your turn to shine is coming.
