### Weekend Foundation Program

16 hours of monthly training (Sat & Sun) covering batting stance, grip, and bowling run-up for beginners.

Typically ₹2,800-3,500 per month (estimate)

* Duration: 2 hours per session
* Timings: Morning (7 AM - 9 AM) or Evening (4 PM - 6 PM) slots

* Batting: Grip, stance, backlift, and basic defense
* Bowling: Run-up coordination and release technique
* Fielding: Long barrier stopping and basic catching
* Drills: Gamified agility training using cones and ladders

#### Facility & Grouping
* Ratio: Approx. 1 coach to 15 students
* Ground: Red soil maidan or turf (season dependent)
* Ball Type: Wind ball or soft ball for safety

### High-Performance Weekday Batch

4 days/week intensive training with season-ball nets, video analysis, and direct pathway to MCA selection trials.

Typically ₹5,000-7,000 per month (estimate)

#### Schedule & Intensity
* Frequency: 4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday)
* Duration: 2.5 to 3 hours per session
* Continuity: Indoor or turf nets provided during monsoon

#### Advanced Coaching
* Format: Rigorous season-ball (leather ball) net sessions
* Specialization: Spin variations, pace bowling correction, and wicketkeeping drills
* Analysis: Smartphone-based video analysis for technique correction
* Fitness: Dedicated Strength & Conditioning (SNC) sessions

* Selection: Eligibility for MCA Summer Camp trials
* Leagues: Participation in Achievers Major League (AML)
* Team: Pathway to Modern English School team representation

* Personal English Willow bat and full protective gear required
* High wear and tear on personal equipment expected

### 45-Day Summer Intensive Camp

Daily morning sessions (Mon-Sat) in April-May including fitness reports, nutritional guidance, and internal league matches.

Typically ₹10-14K per camp (estimate)

#### Camp Structure
* Duration: Approx. 45 days (Mid-April to End-May)
* Frequency: Daily morning sessions (Monday to Saturday)
* Grouping: Age-segmented batches from 4 to 16 years

#### Core Curriculum
* Technical: Condensed modules on batting, bowling, and fielding
* Knowledge: Sessions on basic sports nutrition
* Competition: Guaranteed spot in internal summer leagues

#### Deliverables
* Performance: Progress Report Card and Certificate of Participation
* Fitness: Pre-camp and post-camp physical assessments
* Gear: Includes one complimentary training jersey

* Students must carry minimum 2L water due to summer heat.

## About Junior Cricket Coaching

Cricket's not just a game for us - it's a way of growing up. At Achievers Cricket Academy, I see every kid who walks in as a future champion, no matter where they start from.

### Who We Train

- Kids as young as 4 join our 'Lil Champs' batch. We’ve got groups for U-11, U-14, U-16 too.
- Boys and girls both play here. We even started the first girls' school cricket team for one of our partner schools.
- No experience? No problem. I work with total beginners and those dreaming of serious match play.

### How We Coach

- Basics first, always. Sometimes it’s as simple as, "Backlift close rakho" (Keep your backlift close).
- We cover everything - batting, bowling, fielding, wicketkeeping.
- Even drills can be fun - ever played Tic-Tac-Toe to work on your focus?
- Discipline matters, but we don't forget the masti (fun).

### Year-Round Passion

- Outdoor sessions for real match feel.
- Monsoon? No stress. We shift to indoor and turf nets - training never stops.
- Our cricket summer camp for juniors has fitness, practice matches, nutrition tips, and a report card for every kid.

- Girls cricket coaching program runs alongside boys.
- For the truly passionate, there’s a pathway to competitive cricket, including chances for MCA selections and high-performance training.

### My story

We’re Achievers Cricket Academy, Mumbai born and cricket-crazy. For us, cricket is life, baaki sab timepass (everything else is just a game). Our team’s seen kids go from shy to smashing boundaries, some even making it to Mumbai and USA teams. Guru Poornima, we go all out, not just for puja but for our coaches who are like family. And yeah, our Mumbai-style hustle now runs in Chicago too!
