We use video analysis software and RoboArm feeds to break down your swing mechanics in real-time. Whether it is correcting your backlift or mastering that power-hitting arc, we focus on technical accuracy first. Our coaches keep it real with immediate feedback on every ball, ensuring you know exactly why a shot worked or why it did not. ### The Achievers Methodology Cricket is more than just talent. It is about building muscle memory and game awareness. At our academy, every high-performance session is deliberate. We utilize specific drills designed to fix technical flaws, from refining your footwork against spin to building an unbreakable defensive technique. Our coaches emphasize the basics, often correcting stance and backlift with simple, direct instructions like 'Backlift close rakho' (keep your backlift close). ### Tech-Aided Training We bridge the gap between effort and results using technology. Our sessions include video analysis to record your bowling action or batting stance, allowing for immediate visual playback. When you can see your own mistakes, you learn faster. We also incorporate heavy-ball training and RoboArm feeds to simulate match-day pace, preparing you for the high-pressure scenarios of tournaments like the Padmakar Talim Shield. ### Training Environment Our facilities in Chembur and Ghatkopar are built for year-round consistency. We switch between red soil wickets for match realism and artificial turf for true bounce. Even during the monsoon, our indoor setup ensures your training never hits a wall. ### Customised Mentorship High-performance is not just about hitting balls. We provide 1-on-1 mentorship focusing on game strategy and field placements. We have seen players like Kanav Saini transform their game through this targeted approach. If you are serious about your cricket career, our doors are open, but come prepared to work. ## About Achievers Cricket Academy We are Achievers Cricket Academy.
