Whether you are working on your backlift, refining your wicketkeeping glove work, or analyzing your biomechanics on video, we focus on the specific technical flaws holding you back. You get a direct line to coaches who have actually walked the talk, from Ranji Trophy grounds to high-stakes tournament pressure. We do not just tell you what to do, we show you why, using tech-aided feedback to ensure every session counts. ### Precision Training and Mentorship Elite coaching is about more than just hitting balls. It is about understanding the mechanics of your game. Our high-performance program at Achievers Cricket Academy, led by veterans like Ashok Kadam and Sarvesh Damle, strips away the guesswork. #### Why Our Mentorship Works * **Tech-Aided Feedback:** We use video analysis to capture your action. You see exactly where your backlift is drooping or your footwork is misaligned. Seeing your own movement is the fastest way to fix it. * **Real-Match Simulations:** You do not just practice on static mats. We utilize natural red soil wickets for match realism and artificial turf for consistent bounce, prepping you for the conditions you will actually face on match day. * **Pro-Level Connections:** With guest sessions from IPL players like Aman Khan, you get to hear firsthand what the jump to professional cricket actually requires. It is about the mindset, not just the skill. #### The Coaching Approach We break your game down into the essentials. * **Wicketkeeping:** Focus on stance, glove work, and hip positioning relative to ball bounce. * **Batting:** Drills on bat speed, power hitting, and core stability using heavy ball variations. * **Mental Toughness:** Learn how to handle pressure in the middle, a crucial skill for any aspiring tournament player. Whether you are an international player coming to Mumbai for the grind or a local youngster aiming for the MCA teams, our coaching team adapts the intensity to your goals. You bring the grit, we provide the path. ## About Achievers Cricket Academy We do not just run an academy, we run a high-performance cricket family. Our team is built with mentors who have lived the grind at the Ranji level and beyond, ensuring you get real insights, not just textbook advice. We are here to push your limits, fix your technique, and build the mental toughness you need for the big leagues.
