I handle every order myself, using layers of bubble wrap and sturdy partitioned boxes to ensure your glass jars arrive intact. Because I avoid artificial chemicals, I focus on careful, secure packing that keeps the freshness of my traditional recipes locked in until the moment you open the lid. When you order from Achari Adda, you are not getting something pulled off a warehouse shelf. My process starts only after you place your request, as I believe in small batches to keep the taste authentic. From sourcing raw mangoes or fresh gooseberries to the slow-cooking process, every step is deliberate. I know that for many of you, this is a taste of home you cannot find elsewhere, so I treat every package as if I am sending it to a family member. Whether you are in Delhi NCR or anywhere in India, I manage the logistics personally to bridge the distance between my kitchen and your dining table. This 'behind-the-scenes' care is how I ensure that the 'maa ke haath ka jaadu' survives the journey, arriving at your doorstep exactly the way it should: full of flavour, without any synthetic junk, and ready to be enjoyed. ## About Achari Adda I am Megha, the hands behind Achari Adda. I do not believe in mass production, so I pack every single jar myself. It is my way of ensuring that the 'maa ke haath ka jaadu' survives the journey to your home.
