When you order, you are receiving a fresh jar that has been handled with the same care and lack of preservatives that we use in our own family kitchen. At Achari Adda, we believe that real food takes time. Whether it is our classic oil-free mango pickle or the labor-intensive Aamle Ka Murabba, which requires a full week of soaking to achieve that perfect melt-in-the-mouth texture, we refuse to take shortcuts. ### Our Process Everything we make follows the traditional 'dadi-nani' recipes. We do not use synthetic colors or artificial preservatives. Our pickles rely on natural fermentation and the sun to develop their signature 'swad ka jhatka'. ### What We Offer * **Pickles:** Small-batch mango, chilli, and lemon varieties, packed with hand-ground spices. * **Sweet & Healthy Preserves:** Our Aamle Ka Murabba comes in both sugar and organic jaggery versions, perfect for your daily dose of nutrients. * **Jaggery Treats:** We prepare pure, chemical-free jaggery slabs, often infused with dry fruits like walnuts, almonds, and raisins for a natural energy boost. * **Seasonal Specials:** Keep an eye out for our Holi-special Kanji Vada, a traditional tangy drink with soft lentil vadas, made fresh and available only on pre-order. Because we are a small, women-led kitchen, we focus on quality over quantity. This means our stock is limited and made to order.
