When you book this theme, I personally manage the placement of the oversized artificial flowers and the neon signage to ensure they pop against the forest print, making your photo corner the highlight of the event. My approach to an Enchanted Forest theme is all about creating layers. We start with a high-quality backdrop, either a detailed forest scenography print or a full green wall, and build out from there. I use oversized, handcrafted paper flowers, golden animal props like giraffes and deer, and carefully selected artificial foliage to ground the setup in reality. For smaller gatherings, I focus on a concentrated 6x6 ft ring or arch that serves as the perfect photo point. If you are planning a larger event, we can scale this up to a 10x12 ft green wall production, adding par can spot lighting and even bubble machines to truly bring that whimsical atmosphere to life. What I love most about this theme is how it adapts to the venue. Whether you are hosting an intimate garden lunch or a larger indoor celebration, the woodsy, pastel palette works beautifully. I handle all the heavy lifting, from the balloon garland installation using chrome and matte finishes to catch the light, to coordinating the setup of props so you can focus entirely on your guests and the celebration. ## About Ace of Spades Events I'm Ankita. I left the courtroom behind for balloons, glitter, and magic. I started Ace of Spades Events because I believe milestone celebrations should feel personal, not like a copy-paste job.
