We follow a strict 60-minute structure that begins with mobility drills, moves into striking and takedown techniques, and ends with partner work on professional-grade EVA foam mats. This routine ensures your child develops discipline and real technique, not just energy release. We believe that martial arts training is about more than just fighting, it is about building character. When your child joins our program at The Movement HSR, they are not just signing up for a class, they are joining a team. ### Our Training Progression We have designed a three-month arc to help your child grow: - **Month 1 (Foundation):** We focus on stance, balance, and basic punches. Every champion starts here. - **Month 2 (Combinations):** We start chaining movements, learning to block, and improving cardiovascular health. - **Month 3 (Application):** We introduce light sparring concepts and distance management. ### Why Train With Us? Safety is our priority. Our facility uses high-density EVA foam mats, and every session is 100 percent supervised by professional fighters. We teach kickboxing, boxing, and BJJ basics because we want our kids to have a well-rounded skill set for self-defense. As we say, *shuru se shuru krta hu itihaash*. Every kid has the potential to write their own story of strength. Whether they are naturally athletic or just looking for a space to belong, our team supports them.
