We skip the mindless, endless laps because they waste potential and cement bad habits. Instead, I use on-deck video analysis and biomechanics to correct your stroke in real-time, ensuring you get faster with every single session. Great training requires the right environment. Whether it is a high-performance club pool in Gurugram or a school facility, my team and I transform these spaces into arenas for growth. I focus on the whole athlete, which means addressing what happens outside the water as much as inside. In the off-season, when water temperatures drop, we do not stop. We move to dry-land training, incorporating medicine balls, stretch cords, and strength programs to build explosive power. My approach includes psychological strengthening and goal setting because the difference between a good swimmer and a national medalist is often mental. I treat training like a science experiment where we constantly measure, tweak, and improve. My philosophy is simple: Train Fast To Swim Fast. It is not about how many hours you log, but the quality of that movement. When we analyze your underwater catch or your flip turn, we are looking for inefficiencies that cost you milliseconds. Those milliseconds are the difference between finishing the race and standing on the podium. My swimmers understand that the pool is a lab for improvement, and I am there to ensure that every session pushes you closer to your goal. ## About Ace Aquatic Academy I am Ashish, the Head Coach at Ace Aquatic Academy.
