### What Makes Us Different

I’m not here for just laps and splashes. At Ace Aquatic Academy, I push for medals, records, and serious progress. My focus is clear - building champions, not just swimmers. There’s a method behind every session, and I believe in smart work, not just grinding out endless yards.

### Training Philosophy

Technique comes first, always. I don’t do garbage yardage - you won’t find mindless laps here. Every session is about mechanical efficiency and purposeful strokes. If you want speed, you’ve got to train smart and train fast. My approach is all about speed development for swimmers with the science of sport backing every move.

### Who I Coach

From newbies dreaming big to athletes stalled on a plateau, I’ve coached swimmers to District, State (Haryana), and National podiums. My specialty lies in plateau-busting swim coaching - if you’re stuck, I know how to break through. Training always feels like competition, so the big day isn’t a shock.

### Results That Matter

My swimmers have bagged National medals (SGFI, CBSE, Khelo India), smashed records, and landed at top colleges with sports university admissions mentorship. I’ve seen total beginners stand on state podiums within a year. Winning isn’t luck - it’s training.

### How We Train

Technique is everything. We use drills, demos, and tools like fins and snorkels for advanced swimming technique correction. For sprinters, I use race-specific swim drills and suited sessions to mimic race pressure. No two swimmers get the same plan - it’s always customized.

### My story

Hey, we’re Ace Aquatic Academy. Ashish here, Head Coach – I’ve been in the pool, won medals, but trust me, the real kick is watching our kids smash records. Rhea and Anshi? Trained with us, now studying at Chicago and UPenn. It’s wild. We don’t just train swimmers, we build champions. It’s a mix – swimmer’s hard work, parents’ cheers, and our crazy drive. We break records, we make history. Simple.

### My work

- **Swimming Coaching for All Levels**: We teach swimming to beginners, pros, and everyone in between. Competitive event swim clinics also available.
- **Science-Based Training**: No pointless laps. We use biomechanics and technique to train fast, swim fast. Innovation always.
- **Building Champions**: We train athletes for medals, Khelo India, and Ivy League swimmer preparation. Podium is the goal.
- **Team Approach**: Success needs swimmer grit, parent support, and our mentorship. Together, we break barriers.
