We start with a thorough diagnosis because, often, the pain or limitation is not where the problem is. During our sessions, we focus on: * **Manual Mobilization:** I work directly with your limbs to improve range of motion and reduce stiffness. * **Gait Retraining:** We use floor markers and hurdles to practice stepping drills, helping you walk with more confidence and safety. * **Nerve Stimulation:** For weak or flaccid muscles, I use electrical stimulation (NMES) precisely to help re-engage the neural connection. * **Task-Specific Training:** We practice the things you actually need to do in life—like climbing stairs, lifting objects, or improving balance. ### The Reality of Recovery I believe in being honest. Some neurological conditions take time, and some limitations may persist despite our best efforts.
