Whether it is at Physiofest or smaller local clinics, my focus remains on debunking the 'quick fix' culture that stops real recovery. I share these moments because I want you to know that there is a different, more effective way to treat pain—one that relies on your own movement, not just passive machines. Physiotherapy in India often suffers from a misunderstanding. Many people think it is just about ultrasound or TENS machines. When I am invited to speak or receive recognition at events like Physiofest, it is not because I have the fanciest equipment. It is because I am constantly pushing for evidence-based practice. My approach is different. I prioritize manual therapy, deep diagnostics, and tailored exercises that treat the root cause of your pain. When other physiotherapists and experts in the field recognize this work, it validates the shift we are trying to create: moving away from passive treatments and toward active, movement-based recovery. ### Why Professional Recognition Matters to You When you are choosing a physiotherapist, you want to know that your doctor is not just following a textbook from twenty years ago. My commitment to ongoing education, attending conferences, and engaging with the physiotherapy community means I stay updated on the latest research in neurology, orthopedics, and sports rehabilitation. Whether you are dealing with a post-stroke recovery journey, a persistent sports injury, or chronic back pain, you need a therapist who understands the latest protocols.
