Whether it was a client wanting to turn a car trunk into a celebration or a corporate team needing a booth that grabbed attention, my approach remains the same: I listen to the story you want to tell and then build the setup around it. I focus on the small details—the balloon textures, the custom lighting, and the props—to make sure the space feels exactly like what you imagined. People often ask if I prefer big 5-star hotel setups or cozy home surprises. To be honest, I enjoy the contrast. There is a different kind of energy in coordinating a grand themed party with stage fabrication and sound systems compared to the quiet thrill of setting up a hidden surprise for a loved one returning home. In this gallery, you will see the range of my work across Bangalore. I have partnered with brands like Swiggy for anniversary activations and helped parents design jungle-themed wonderlands for their kids' first birthdays. The common thread in all these projects is the end-to-end management. I do not just drop off balloons and leave. I manage the vendors, handle the onsite coordination, and ensure the entertainment—be it a magician, emcee, or tattoo artist—is ready to go. When you book a package with me, you are not just getting decor; you are getting someone on the ground making sure the cake arrives, the photos are captured, and the music is playing at the right volume. If you see a style here that matches what you are looking for, reach out. We can discuss how to adapt these setups to fit your venue, whether it is a clubhouse, a restaurant in Koramangala, or your own living room. ## About AceCreation I'm Fardeen, and I started AceCreation because I love capturing the joy of a perfect party.
