At our current Earth Enclave site, we are utilizing steel-composite framing, a technique that provides superior structural strength and allows for column-free floor plates that maximize usable square footage for residents. Construction is the phase where our digital simulations meet reality. Before a single beam is placed, our designs undergo an intensive LOD 300 BIM process, where we map every electrical, structural, and HVAC element to prevent site-level clashes. ### From Virtual to Physical When you see these photos of concrete superstructures, they represent the culmination of thousands of hours in virtual reality modeling and structural analysis. Our site audits are not merely supervisory; they are precision checks against our Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings.
