We start the recruitment strategy by building a verified KPI profile and an academic roadmap starting in grade 9, ensuring that when it is time to contact NCAA coaches, your player has the necessary grades and verified match data to stand out immediately. ### Navigating the NCAA Recruitment Journey For many young players, the goal of training is to reach the professional tour, but the US college system offers an equally compelling path: high-level competitive tennis combined with a top-tier degree. We have successfully placed multiple athletes into the NCAA Division 1 and 3 systems, and our approach is built on the reality of what university coaches are actually looking for. #### Why Planning Starts Early The recruitment process is heavily data-driven. Coaches at institutions like the University of South Dakota or Utah State University aren't just looking at who wins a local tournament; they are looking for consistency, verified fitness metrics, and academic potential. We help our players track these data points from the start, ensuring they are competitive by the time they enter the critical recruitment window in their mid-teens. #### The Academic-Athletic Balance US colleges require more than just a strong forehand. We ensure our students maintain the academic standing required for entry. By managing their daily training load, we make sure they have the energy to succeed in both the classroom and on the clay court. This includes: * **KPI Tracking:** Monitoring serve percentages, rally consistency, and fitness benchmarks. * **Strategic Visibility:** Creating professional video portfolios that highlight technical proficiency and match temperament. * **Scholarship Negotiation:** Guiding families through the nuances of athletic aid and admissions, ensuring the university is the right fit for the student's personal goals. Whether your child is eyeing an Ivy League school or a top-ranked NCAA sports program, our role is to demystify the system and provide a clear roadmap from their first practice to their first day on a US campus. ## About Accelerate Tennis We treat recruitment as part of our training curriculum, not a separate task. We guide each player through the intricacies of the NCAA system, helping them balance rigorous training with the academic standards required by US institutions.
