I use fine liners and dotwork to build these textures from scratch, which means if you choose one of these concepts for a tattoo, you get the actual, original sketchbook work translated for your artist. I don't use digital filters to create that tattoo look. Everything starts in my sketchbook with fineliners and pencils. You can see the shift from early, messy abstract doodles to the more controlled, mythological pieces I do now. If you are looking for a tattoo design that is not just a generic image from a search engine, these sketches provide a starting point. We can take a shape from a doodle or a specific pattern from a geometric study and adapt it for your skin. It is a slow process, dot by dot and line by line, but it keeps the art authentic. Whether you like the look of negative space or high-density stippling, these sketches are essentially blueprints for what we can build together. ### How to turn a sketch into a tattoo * **Choose your motif:** Pick a shape or pattern from this gallery that resonates with you. * **Share your story:** Send me the context or the personal meaning you want to weave into the design. * **The Process:** I will sketch a custom version, scan it at high resolution, and provide the stencil file for your local tattoo artist to apply. If you have a concept in mind that you do not see here, let me know. I spend hours sketching to find the right balance of nature and surrealism, making sure every design has a pulse before it ever touches ink. ## About Ankita Bhattacharya I am Ankita.
