That is why Absolute Fit is more than just a place to track reps; it is a social hub where we value connections as much as calorie counts. ### The Absolute Fit XI Our cricket team, the Absolute Fit XI, brings members together to compete and sweat it out in the Bharat Premier League. Recently, we bagged the runner-up trophy, but the real win is the camaraderie built during practice sessions and match days. If you love the sport or just want a team that plays with heart, you will fit right in. ### Retreats and Rejuvenation We also know when to take a break from the grind. We trade the AC of our Mayur Vihar facility for the fresh air of the Uttarakhand hills during our Kanatal Yoga Retreats. You will find us doing outdoor Zumba, morning stretches, and guided yoga sessions in nature. These trips are designed to help you disconnect from the daily chaos of Delhi and reconnect with your fitness goals in a setting that clears your mind. Whether you are a regular gym-goer or just joining us for the trip, these experiences are about building a support system that lasts long after the session ends. ## About Absolute Fit I started Absolute Fit to build a family, not just a standard gym. My team and I focus on keeping the energy high, whether we are training on the floor or playing a match on the field.
