Whether I am using tweezers to place a single garnish or focus-stacking images for a large-format print, every element is engineered. My process involves building the scene, controlling light with studio strobes, and handling all post-production myself to ensure the final image matches the brand's exact specifications. My approach is built on a foundation of technical precision. When you look at my portfolio, you see the result, but the work happens in the setup. I shoot with the 45MP Canon EOS R5 because it provides the resolution needed for high-end print and digital ads. For commercial clients, I use tethering, which allows you to see the image on a large screen in real-time. This lets us make adjustments to the plating or lighting before I even leave the studio. Lighting is critical. I use a combination of soft boxes and snoots to define textures, which is essential when shooting tricky items like melting desserts or complex cocktails. Post-production is where I finalize the look. I handle color grading, digital cleaning, and exposure compositing to remove distractions. This ensures your food is styled to perform for your menu, packaging, or ad campaign.
