Past journeys include Sri Lanka in 2024, Kashmir Great Lakes trekking and a Yin TTC and retreat in Ladakh in 2023. Healing and Empowering was announced for 26 September to 1 October 2025. Its programme listed yoga, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Sound Meditation, Ice Bath and Navrasa, with accommodation and healthy local cuisine. Monsoon editions have a different activity and food list, including ecstatic dance and fresh seafood. Retreats are not universally vegetarian-only. The 200-hour residential TTC has separate vegetarian-meal inclusions. Published course dates are not confirmation of spaces remaining. Programme length, meals and fees need checking for the chosen edition. ## About Aayana Yoga Our studio home is Jayanagar, and Varkala is our residential base.
