It combined training, travel and river rafting, with graduates holding completion certificates. Varkala is the recurring residential base, while Ladakh is a completed edition. Yin is mainly described as 50-hour Level 1; one Varkala video caption says 30 hours. Exact contact hours, duration and room nights need edition-specific confirmation. The "Inverted Bliss" image belongs to a Shirshasana workshop with guest teacher Fabio Filippi, not evidence of a residential 200-hour certification. Course completion does not establish Yoga Alliance or YACEP recognition. ## About Aayana Yoga We share learning in different settings. Varkala is our residential base, and Ladakh was a journey our Aayana Family took in 2023.
