## About Our Graduates: The Aayana Family

Completing a course is just the beginning. Our graduates do not just walk away with a certificate, they often join our teaching rhythm, with select students stepping into our 6-month internship program to gain real experience assisting live classes at our Bangalore studio.

When you choose a teacher training path at Aayana, you are not just signing up for hours; you are entering a community. Whether you are here for the 200-hour foundation course in Hatha and Vinyasa, the deep stillness of our 50-hour Yin training, or the playfulness of our Aerial certification, our goal remains the same: to help you find your unique voice as a teacher.

### Why Our Graduates Choose Us
* **Real World Experience:** We do not believe in theoretical learning alone. Our training emphasizes actual teaching practice, rigging safety for aerial classes, and adjusting poses for diverse bodies.
* **Flexible Paths:** Life happens, so we offer hybrid, online, and residential options. You can train in our busy Jayanagar studio or immerse yourself in the quiet of a Varkala beach retreat.
* **Post-Course Support:** Graduation is the start, not the end. We maintain an active alumni network, often inviting graduates to substitute classes or participate in our specialized workshops.

We love seeing our students move from being nervous about their first flow to guiding a room with confidence. If you are looking for a training program that prioritizes safety, self-trust, and genuine connection over rigid perfection, you are in the right place.

## About Aayana Yoga

We started Aayana 12 years ago with the belief that yoga is about real people and their unique journeys. Seeing our students step into their own power and become teachers is the best part of our work. We are right here with you, making sure you feel ready to teach with heart.
