You are not just sitting in a studio; you are living the yogic lifestyle for 25 days, with all meals, accommodation, and daily practice handled. This gives you the necessary space to process the emotional release that comes with deep Yin or Hatha practice, rather than rushing back to the city the moment your mat is rolled up. ### Why a Residential TTC? Choosing a residential program is about more than just earning a certificate. It is about creating a container for change. When you join us in Varkala, you are removing the distractions of daily life—the commute, the screen time, and the household responsibilities—to focus entirely on your practice and self-discovery. ### What to Expect in Varkala Our Varkala programs are held where the cliff meets the sea. The environment is a crucial part of the curriculum. * **The Lifestyle:** You will follow a routine of asana, pranayama, and philosophy, supported by three nutritious Sattvic vegetarian meals a day. * **The Training:** Whether you are doing the 200-Hour Hatha and Vinyasa foundation or the 50-Hour Yin Yoga immersion, we focus on anatomy, meridian theory, and safe sequencing. * **The Accommodation:** We organize twin-share guesthouse stays near the cliff, keeping you connected to the ocean breeze and the local community. ### After the Course Graduating from an Aayana residential program means you join our alumni family. Many of our students stay in touch for mentorship, class substitutions, and teaching opportunities. If you are under 30 and looking for a professional start, you may also be eligible for our 6-month teaching internship at our Bangalore studio. We keep our batches small to ensure every student gets personal guidance from Regeesh and Mrinali. If you have questions about which course fits your current practice, let us know. ## About Aayana Yoga We are Regeesh and Mrinali. We started Aayana because we believe yoga is a journey back to your own rhythm, and these residential programs are where that journey gets real. When you join us in Varkala, you are joining our family—we are here to guide you, laugh with you, and support you through every wobble and breakthrough.
